Who Can Order in Bulk?
Our bulk-order service is open to:
- Schools (nursery, primary, secondary) and educational institutions

- NGOs, nonprofits, and organisations promoting children’s literacy
- Event organisers, camps, or community programmes requiring children’s books
Bulk Order Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp/Email (see details below) with your requirements: number of copies, titles or age range, budget, preferred variations (e.g., picture books, chapter books, educational readers).
- We’ll prepare a quote with: unit price, volume discount rate, estimated shipping/packaging cost, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
- Approve the quote and provide delivery address(es).
- Make payment according to agreed terms (see Payment & Terms section).
- We pick, package, and dispatch your orders. You will receive a tracking number and expected delivery timeline.
- For schools and organisations, we can deliver multiple consignments or staged shipments if required.
Payment & Terms
- Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, verified online payment.
- Once the order is confirmed and titles reserved, changes may incur extra cost or may not be possible if stock is limited.
Delivery & Packaging
- Orders within Lagos metro: generally, 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Orders to other Nigerian states: typically, 3–7 business days (or longer for remote areas).
- For large bulk orders, we may dispatch in multiple shipments for ease of delivery and receipt.
- Books will be packed securely. If you require special labelling, palletisation or customised packaging, please let us know in advance.
- Returns & Defects in Bulk Orders
- Please inspect the books promptly on arrival.
- For incorrect books (wrong title/edition) or defective (printing error, missing pages), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/documentation.
- We will arrange replacement or refund of defective/incorrect units in line with our standard Returns & Cancellations Policy.
- Please note: bulk orders are generally non-returnable for change-of-mind once dispatched, unless specified in the quote.
- How to Get Started
- Reach out with a summary: your organization name, type of books needed (age range/titles), quantity, delivery location, and any special requests.
- Our bulk-order team will respond with availability and a quote the same business day (or within 24 hours).
- Once agreed, we will hold stock for you and set a reservation period (typically 3-5 business days) pending payment.
